• يتم شحن الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح من يومين إلى 4 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

 • التوصيل متاح إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.

 • مدة التوصيل تختلف من محافظة لأخرى حسب شركة الشحن ومكان الاستلام.

 • يتم التواصل مع العميل هاتفيًا لتأكيد الطلب والعنوان قبل الشحن.

 • في حالة تعذر التواصل مع العميل أو عدم استلام الطلب، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن.Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation.

 • Delivery is available to all governorates in Egypt.

 • Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and delivery location.

 • The customer will be contacted by phone to confirm the order and delivery address before shipping.

 • If the customer cannot be reached or fails to receive the order, the customer will bear the shipping cost
